2. UK Returns

For customers within the United Kingdom, returns are quick and paperless.

Once your return request has been submitted through our Returns Portal, you'll receive a Royal Mail QR Code. Simply present the QR code at your nearest Post Office or Royal Mail drop-off location—no printer required.

3. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a refund or exchange, all returned items must meet the following requirements:

• Returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
• Original tags and packaging must remain attached.
• Returned using a tracked shipping service.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Fees

For UK customers, using the Royal Mail QR Code service incurs a £3.30 return label fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

For international customers, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Additionally, a £1.20 processing fee per returned item will be deducted from the final refund amount.

5. After Submitting Your Return

After your return request has been submitted:
